1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW
The NoYell Service is provided as a digital app-based subscription. By purchasing a subscription ("Subscription"), you receive access to premium digital content, personalized features, updates, and services available through the NoYell App.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to these Subscription Terms and authorize recurring subscription charges as described during checkout.
Before payment, you actively confirm that you understand this is a digital subscription that renews at the regular price shown unless cancelled before the next billing date, by ticking the consent checkbox and clicking the order button. We keep a record of this consent, including the selected plan, the prices shown, the renewal terms, and the date and time of consent.
2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
NoYell currently offers the following subscription plans:
1-Week Introductory Plan
- Introductory payment: $8.18
- Introductory period: 1 week
- Renewal price: $20.97
- Renewal billing period: every 1 week
If you do not cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew at $20.97 every week until cancelled.
4-Week Introductory Plan
- Introductory payment: $17.92
- Introductory period: 4 weeks
- Renewal price: $45.96
- Renewal billing period: every 4 weeks
If you do not cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew at $45.96 every 4 weeks until cancelled.
12-Week Introductory Plan
- Introductory payment: $29.74
- Introductory period: 12 weeks
- Renewal price: $78.65
- Renewal billing period: every 12 weeks
If you do not cancel before your next billing date, your subscription will automatically renew at $78.65 every 12 weeks until cancelled.
3. BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
By completing your purchase, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the introductory payment and all future recurring subscription payments until your subscription is cancelled.
Your subscription automatically renews at the applicable renewal price and billing period selected during checkout unless cancelled before your next billing date.
The applicable subscription price, renewal amount, billing frequency, and renewal terms are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. CANCELLATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date by contacting our Customer Support at hello@noyellplan.com.
After cancellation:
- no future renewal charges will be applied;
- you will continue to have access until the end of your already-paid billing period;
- your subscription will expire automatically at the end of that billing period.
5. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked Money-Back Guarantee for eligible purchases, subject to the conditions described in our Money-Back Guarantee Policy and any rights provided by applicable law.

6. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS
We may update our subscription plans, pricing, or available features from time to time.
If we make material changes affecting your subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
7. PAYMENT DESCRIPTOR
Charges for your subscription may appear on your bank or credit card statement as NOYELL APP or another descriptor identifying NoYell or our payment processor.
